Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry, has been appointed as Part-time Official Director (Government nominee) on the Board of BHEL in place of Shri Ambuj Sharma w.e.f. December 22, 2014. Further the Company has submitted a copy pf the updated list of the Board of Directors of BHEL as on December 22, 2014.
